During the campaign, with the help of 2,306 amazing backers we’ve gathered as much as $164,859. ALL 19 stretch goals were unlocked — including new Hero and Servant miniatures and a huge 60 mm size Surveillance Zeppelin, Solo & Coop Mode, and many more!

City of the Great Machine is now available for late pledging on Gamefound. Late pledging will be possible until at least the end of February 2022. For those who missed the campaign, this is the last chance to become a part of the struggle between Heroes and the Great Machine before the game hits retail!

The pledge manager will be open in December as planned. No actions are required now if you are a backer — we’ll post an update when the pledge manager will be open. You will have enough time to fill out your shipping information, pay for shipping, etc. Upgrading pledges, including the ‘no reward’ ones, will be possible in the pledge manager as well (at the Kickstarter price level).

We are grateful to everyone who has shared their thoughts about the campaign with us. We’ve heard you! On October 19 the campaign will be relaunched with many changes. To learn more about them, please click the button below.

  • The Progress Board is made of 3 discs and a pointer. The middle disc (called ‘cogwheel’) and the pointer move, while the rest remain stationary.
  • The outer disc is the Master Plan track. When the cogwheel pointer advances to XII, the Great Machine is victorious.
  • The inner disc is the Discontent track. The higher the Discontent, the more Famous Citizens are eager to support the Riots.
  • The last level is considered a Riot itself. Heroes need to initiate 3 successful Riots to win.

The result of their efforts exceeded all of their expectations! The City stands on massive flying platforms. It drifted over the world — a monument to victorious science!

The heart of the City is the Great Machine. It is an artificial intellect, created for the benefit of mankind. The Great Machine is the overseer of the City. It regulates every aspect of people’s lives, and assists Man in realizing his potential as he strives for Progress.

Over time the Great Machine formed a Plan to achieve its purpose…
